Adapter wired through the tracer registry; each chain is blocked on a single named dependency below. When that dependency clears and a probe receipt succeeds, the chain moves to Live and every claim surface updates automatically.

How a chain moves from "in development" to "live": its named dependency clears (provider key set, tracer adapter wired, etc.), the registry probe runs against a known-active address, and the result lands in chain_capabilities with last_proof_adapter_status = 'live' and last_proof_total_events > 0. Every claim surface (FAQ JSON-LD, OpenGraph descriptions, validator, chain selector) reads from this table on next deploy.
Provider order: etherscan_v2 → routescan. Both currently report unavailable for chainId 56. Investigation completes with adapter_status=provider_no_coverage and the full attempts trail.
