Reports filtered by case_id IN (org's cases) UNION investigation_id IN (org's investigations). Cross-tenant boundary preserved.
Each report carries methodology_version + methodology_content_hash. Re-running against the same version produces the same result; this is the Daubert posture in operation.
Ilike on title, report_number, jurisdiction, pdf_hash. Debounced; results ranked reverse-chronological. Paged for large firms.

The report's verifier URL works indefinitely. Opposing counsel can confirm 10 years from now. Methodology history is preserved.

Reports never silently lose their methodology pin. When the engine's active methodology advances, old reports stay valid against their pinned version — we never silently overwrite history.
